Extremely Disappointed with Their Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with this courier company. I sent a parcel to my family, and not only did it fail to reach on time, but the tracking number they provided doesn’t even work. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, but no one seems interested in solving the issue or even giving me a proper update. This was an important package, and their complete lack of responsibility and poor communication has caused me a lot of stress. I highly recommend avoiding this company – their service is unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing.

Poor service. Uneducated staff! Commits paxkage being delivered at a certain date and then disappear not answering calls at all. For 5 days i didnt receive a tracking number! Every time i call they say they are sending it or were about to call me but nothing! Booked a package charged me committing 5-6 days delivery date. And now they didnt feel like updating me about the delays. Now they say our minimum is 10 business days! No communication whatsoever! Nobody working as head of operations. They say ohh we’ll put foward your grievance !
