Glamorous Touch salon specializes in curly hair. This is the first salon I’ve been to in my life where the stylist understood what my hair will do and what treatment it needs. I love my natural waves-there was no forcing them to be anything but what they are. Hyacinth cut my hair dry. I walked out loving the look! I’ve found the salon I’ve been searching for. Staff are attentive. There’s a good reason it’s a busy place!

After reading the all the other positive reviews for this salon, I was looking forward to leaving a positive review myself, but unfortunately I had one of those haircut experiences that cause an emotional breakdown in the car after the fact. I went in for a new client curly cut, and I communicated with my hairdresser that I didn't like my hair short but needed to even it out because the bottom layer was much longer than the top. She did even out the layers in the back, but from the front she worsened the shelf in my hair and it is 2 different lengths entirely from the front and the back. I don't understand why she did that or if she meant to, but to be honest, I am utterly devastated and feel like I look like a clown. I can accept that my hair is shorter than I wanted because she felt that she had to cut off all of the dead hair, however, the shape that my hair turned out looks ridiculous and by the time I could tell what she did it was too late to fix without making it worse and I just wanted to leave. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but curly hair is a big deal and it will take probably up to a year to feel like I look like myself again, so I respectfully do not recommend this salon based on my results.

Wonderful experience! I have never had a better curly hair cut! This will be my new salon going forward. The curl cream sold here works wonders as well 😁
