I absolutely and sincerely appreciate all of the treatments that Cindy had provided for me over the past few months. I have been suffering with lower back pain and excruciating spasms in my hips and glutes. With Cindy's expertise and the information I provided, she suggested and proceeded to use a serious of red light therapy plus at home exercises. I can honestly say that by the end of 5-6 treatments my pain went from a 10 to a 2. From these treatments, I am now able to move forward going on short walks and introducing a small amount of my regular exercises. I would definitely recommend Global Physiotherapy and Cindy to any of my family, friends or anyone who is looking for a Physiotherapist for any sports injuries or degenerate lower back pain as I had. Aside from the treatments, Cindy's front staff are absolutely kind, professional and very accommodating.

Global physio has a great process where you get dedicated time with your practitioner in a private room. Ashlin is one of a few physiotherapists that use dry needling and it's so great at releasing tight stubborn muscles, would recommend her for anyone that has had difficulty finding reliable relief.
