Came here cause I read all of the good reviews about this pet clinic. First of all, they dont have a decent waiting room nor any receptionist where they would keep files of their pet patients. They provided seatings enough just for a family to wait, the rest have to stand while waiting to enter the clinic. Thankfully there was only 2 patients ahead of me so I only waited 20 minutes - which is not bad for a pet clinic. I consulted with the doctor; my dog was vomitting frequently all of a sudden, up to 5 times in less than 2 hours. The doctor gave an injection to prevent the dog from vomiting again, and a vitamin injection. We were then sent home, and the doctor informed us that we could reach out to her should my dog vomit again, via the pet clinic's Whatsapp number, which is managed by their admin team. After 3 hours from the doctor, my dog kept on vomiting and I asked the doctor what to do. She told me to buy Sucralfate 0.8ml, gave it to my dog but nothing happens. He still vomits, a lot. Seeing that they are closed by 8PM, I contacted her again at 7.30PM asking for a guidance and telling her that I would like to come back to the clinic so that she can recheck my dog again. Mind you this was Sunday so my usual pet clinic wasn't open, and not a lot of clinic open until late such as 8PM. They never responded to my WA, even though it wasnt even 8PM. My chat asking for a guidance also, never received any reply. I understand if Monday is their holiday but Tuesday passed by, still not a single respond. That is the last time I would ever come to this pet clinic again. Not recommended at all. Worst worst experience.
