I had an absolutely wonderful time at Glow in Salt Lake City! For a 2-hour session that cost just $45, this place is an incredible value and offers a perfect escape. The facilities are beautifully maintained and offer everything you need for a complete hot and cold therapy circuit. They have a clean sauna, a spacious steam room, a refreshing cold plunge (around 50°F), and a warm pool (99°F). I loved moving between the hot and cold—it left me feeling so relaxed and energized. Everything from the showers to the lockers to the spa area was spotless and very well cared for. The experience felt well-managed, and I was provided with two fresh towels right away. The outdoor area with yoga mats is a nice touch, and it's a great spot to cool down and stretch. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff, who were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I can't recommend Glow enough if you're looking for a top-notch wellness experience in SLC. It’s an easy, affordable way to reset your mind and body.

Glow is an amazing bathhouse with great studio classes! The sauna, cold plunge and glow pool are wonderful. The staff and community are great too. If you are looking for a place to reset and recenter- look no further. The bakery next door is pretty awesome as well:

Its not often im WOWED by a place like this. If I was local I would subscribe in an instant. Think King Spa but stripped to basics and a little more privacy for the example price. You get hot/cold tubs, sauna, and steam room included with entry. In addition, they have treatments. My massage was one of the best ive had in years and it was also one of the cheapest. Theres a clear sense of community here with a lot of regulars who work in professional jobs and it seems like a fantastic place to network. The owners are also operators and you can find them there like everyone else. Theres also some space to sit down, you can easily work from this space.

Pretty great place overall. I feel it's appropriately priced and the facility seems well thought out. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is there's no hot tub, the outdoor space is lack luster, and they don't allow phones which is understandable but then people can talk and it's fairly noisy inside with other people's chatter. The indoor space looks and feels great but they have large windows letting in sunlight, it'd be great to have a dark quiet space for good meditation.
