My experience with Solve started last year with a consultation on a hair transplant procedure. The staff’s expertise was so helpful, and their pricing is extremely competitive. I decided to move forward, and couldn’t be happier with my results. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was painless. They gave step-by-step post-op care instructions that were easy to follow, and called several times to check in on me during the first week as well! After my initial procedure, I decided to also start PRP treatments to continue to promote strong hair growth - big shoutout to Jane at the River North location who has made those appointments so easy and actually enjoyable. The staff again is great - I have a busy work schedule and have had to reschedule a few times and they’ve always been super accommodating. I’m truly thankful to everyone at Solve for helping me gain back some confidence that I’d be missing for quite a while. It’s now been 18 months since my original procedure and I continue to go back for PRP treatments for maintenance. They’ve been expanding their services as well and I plan on staying at Solve for whatever I may need in the future!

Nadia is #1 for botox and filler and Sculptra! I love that she will tell you "no" - probably the #1 thing you should look for in an injector. She's so cute and funny - I felt like I was hanging out with my bestie, not getting poked in the face. Jane does an amazing job with botox as well - I've seen them both and loved everything. Jane got me to try some botox in and around my chin and it looks great. (And by 'got me to try' I mean she literally said, "do you want this?" and I was like, SURE!) Office is super cute, everyone is so professional and nice. It's such a treat to spend time here.
