Best experience ever with any contractor! This business was recommended to us (3 unit condo) by the product manufacture and by a roofing association and I can see why. This company was a pleasure to work for from the minute they responded to the situation at our Condo. After another contractor left our building exposed to the elements and did questionable workmanship, Garvin Metal Roofs stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Woody worked with us on a very detailed quote, answered all our questions, made several revisions to make sure that we knew exactly what we were getting. He visited our building several times, he provided us samples of the product, he accommodated the 3 owners 100%. He provided us Mike's name to align on our financing options. Every step of this project was communicated, on time and to perfection. The crew was professional, polite, they protected our building and our pool and they cleaned up daily. Garvin Metal Roofs started on April 18th (materials delivered) and completed the project in 3 weeks (May 8th, completed 100%). They installed Tilcor metal tiles, CF Shingle style, Color: Charcoal Blend on the buildings mansard. They did flat roof repairs/work and installed scupper/downspouts. The owners at this building highly recommend Garvin Metal Roofs! Woody, Mike, Ryan, Rudy, Christy....everyone was amazing!

Fantastic company! Installed a metal roof on our home which was damaged by hurricane Ian. Total time from contract to finished install was about 3 weeks. Excellent staff!
