Back in June 2025, my hairdresser recommended BOSS Health as she was having great success with training at the gym. I was always afraid to get to the gym as I felt like I was being judged for being “too heavy” or not keeping pace with other gym goers. From the moment I walked in, the family at BOSS Health and Fitness NEVER made me feel judged. Everyone has been very supportive, encouraging and always push me to do my best. They are also very accommodating with schedules (healthcare worker) and if my trainer can’t meet with me, then they’ll make an effort to get another trainer to cover my session. I highly recommend BOSS Health and Fitness to anyone looking to make the first step towards a healthier future!!
Since joining Boss Fitness, I’ve felt nothing but welcomed and supported. From day one, everyone has been incredibly friendly and inviting. You truly get to know the people there on a first-name basis—it’s more than just a gym, it’s become a second family. I always look forward to my personal training sessions with Jeff—he’s an outstanding trainer who really knows how to push and encourage you in the best ways. That said, every staff member and trainer at Boss Fitness is equally amazing. They’re all helpful, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. The owner Michelle, is an absolute delight—friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about creating a positive space for everyone. And a personal favourite of mine: the dogs that hang out around the gym (belonging to the trainers) add such a great vibe. You even get to know them, too! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!
One of my goals when I started training with Michelle was to reverse my non-alcoholic fatty liver diagnosis. With Michelle’s support, guidance and encouragement in both fitness and nutrition, I did it! After my first 12 sessions, my liver fat is now in the healthy range. I’m feeling stronger, healthier and so grateful for Michelle and amazing team at Boss fitness.
Love the weekday morning group fitness classes, and the Saturday workouts are the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Every trainer brings the energy and motivation needed to push through, making it hard to bow out early. The music selection is always on point, and they’re open to suggestions, which is a great touch. While I’d love to see more class time options, I get the challenge of keeping sessions consistently full. Overall, a fantastic place to get a great workout in, especially if you live on the east end of London!
