Alpha Strength is a phenomenal gym. I started my membership with previous injuries and was already seeing significant improvements within the first two weeks. Emily and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly love what they do. I’d recommend this gym to anyone interested.

Love the alpha family! All the coaches are knowledgable. They always are looking to help you improve while prioritizing safety and lack of injuries. Awesome group of folks that are all backgrounds and ages. Everyone has always been welcoming. Also, Emily goes out of her way to have fun events outside the gym. One of the best spots in Dallas to get a workout in!

This is the best gym in Dallas if you want to make real changes to your body. Lifting weights and conditioning at Alpha has been life changing. I look better, feel better, perform better at sports. I've learned that lifting is key for a long healthy life, and every workout has built in injury prevention maneuvers. Since joining Alpha, I have not had the chronic backpain I used to experience daily.
