I want to give shout out to Dereck, Alberto and Jovge !! They were Awesome with the install of my boiler!! They respected my home and left it spotless. They taught me how to use my thermostat and made sure to answer all my questions. The boiler looks like a work of art! I also want to thank Gold Medal for installing my boiler two days after my old one died! Once again Gold Medal personnel exceeded my expectations!!

Our experience with Gold Medal was extremely frustrating! In November 2021, our boiler suddenly stopped working in the middle of winter. We called Gold Medal for help, but before even diagnosing the issue, the technician demanded $1,600 upfront. When he finally checked, he found it was just a minor pipeline connection issue that required replacing a small, inexpensive part. Given the freezing weather, we had no choice but to pay the inflated fee. Then, in January 2022, the boiler failed again. This time, a different technician discovered that the previous one had left PVC fragments inside the system after cutting the pipe DELIBERATELY, causing another breakdown. Instead of taking responsibility, he made excuses, claiming that dirt and leaves in the system would have caused a failure anyway. To make matters worse, he charged us even more to fix their own dishonest mistake. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, this company is nothing but lies and deceit. I strongly advise against using this company.
