This surgery is the worst surgery I have ever experienced. Every single time I try to call at 8am they 100% turn the phone to busy and answer around 9am and say no appointments left I called 190 times hit the button on redial and still no appointments. I also had a blood test booked in for 11am which I had to fast for no food/drink I turned up feeling dizzy from not eating or having nothing to drink with a appointment card that had the time and date on and they said I wasn't booked in on the system and I couldn't be seen despite the appointment card plus the receptionist was so rude I said but I haven't eaten anything she replied " neither have I " short red hair really really rude to everyone I am disgusted in this surgery they need to be investigated by the NHS because it's really horrible for the orderly and sick people the amount of times I see people mistreated at the front desk I think this is terrible that this is allowed to Carry on. Please AVOID for your own good!!!
This has got to be the worst surgery I have ever known. Trying to get through on the phone is unbelieveable. I tried ringing for nearly an hour all it does is beep beep then the line goes dead. When you eventually get through you go into a queue system which also takes ages after which you get told that all the appointments are taken. Sometimes you get through and they actually put the phone down. God forbid if you feel so unwell. How would you be able to keep ringing them. This surgery needs a through looking into. I have given it a one star only because it would not let me post if I did not give it any stars. It is actually minus stars The staff need to be trained, they are rude and very abrupt too. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.
I haven't been able to secure an appointment with my own doctor in this surgery for the past two years at least. My doctor only works two days there so I chose to see a different doctor, but by the time you walked in the doctor wanted you out. I work full time, which means when I did see my doctor I already suffered for weeks since an appointment was not available within four weeks and you were always suggested to see somebody you never heard. It is a disastrous place but where else you can go?
