786mizu RahmanOne of the worst GP practices in Enfield, never available and they want everyone to use their bullshit e-consult service which is is not an intuitive system and very long winded, for my parents it’s made them totally obsolete. I very computer literate and even laborious for me to use. I don’t wish that system on anyone remotely ill as it’ll be there death knell, Also staff are not helpful and cannot even make emergency appointments if you’re in need of one. My father passed away and never got any help to alleviate the stress instead added more stress to the ordeal. Wish them nothing but the worst for the shoddy system in place. I’d give them less than one star if I could. Avoid at all costs to one’s health.
C BHas greatly improved in the past year. Issues exist more widely with health care in general, but this practice is very good at being proactive and trying to help people as quickly as possible despite the external roadblocks. GPs and reception staff are always very kind.
Katie ReadI saw a very lovely Physicians Associate (LS) this week and I can't thank her enough for her extremely professional manner with regards to a diagnosis and thankfully a resolution a treatment for my ailment. The whole team from start to finish were wonderful. From the nurse who triaged my econsult, the receptionist who called me to inform me of the appointment to the Physicians Associate who saw me in my appointment. Well done team.
