It's not super accessible, handicap parking has tripping hazards and no access lane on either side, it instead has a curb with foliage on one side, and a closely parked car on the other, not enough of a gap to get through if dependent on a mobility aid. There is no automatic door. The door is a PULL door. The water fountain is in a corner with furniture partially in the way. The front desk is very high up, making communication and handing things back and forth difficult. On top, it is very difficult to understand what is being said, I have to constantly ask them to repeat what they say and that makes me feel stressed, especially when I have to make appointments, and I realize that I have gotten the information wrong. I also have no way to communicate with them online, look at results, make appointments and so on, something which is very important for someone who's mobility impaired. I was told to come in for an appointment to get a certain thing done, when other clinics have done this by mail, adding to the difficulty of accessing services as a disabled person. They seem friendly and helpful at first glance, but it is discouraging to come here due to these problems. Not long after I was assigned this clinic, I decided to go back to where I was seen before, mostly because of accessibility and communication issues. I also heard some things that caused me to not want to gamble on my future on whether or not it is all true. Some of the positive reviews also seem to be false, and that makes me suspicious. I highly recommend remodeling.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality healthcare services.

Worst clinic I've ever been to. Doctor is rude/dismissive and they sent me to multiple places that weren't covered by my insurance. Unhelpful. Uncaring. You're better off with urgent care randos. This place is practically devoid of patients for a good reason. Avoid!
