Absolutely easy to use service. Online sign up, online request for service. Pick up was within 90 minutes of request on a Friday afternoon. Really good service, our item was signature required and both the courier and the office telephoned to ask for further direction when that was not possible. Will use again.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I had some MISSION CRITICAL documents that needed urgent delivery. There was actually a hiccup (TOTALLY MY FAULT) and the team actually went above and beyond to get the documents where they needed to be (way beyond expectations). very fast and efficient, excellent value for the service and easy to place an order for pick-up. My new first choice when I need to courier something within the city. The delivery person found our office without getting lost---a first since our office moved inside the university campus, rather than on a street, which has made it tricky to find our location. Not for Good Foot! Pick-up and delivery was quick and seamless. Highly recommend for downtown courier needs.
