I cannot say enough good things about this office and service. Starting from the front desk staff to the lab worker to the nurses and the Dr. they were all wonderful, caring, helpful, professional, supportive, and they all went above and beyond. They worked with us every time to make the process of getting my mom her medical evaluation for immigration purposes. Also, I callen many offices around Nashville and this was so far the cheapest option. I but far for the people who live in Nashville but worth the drive without a doubt. Do not waste your time and money somewhere else. 100% recommended!!

This is not a doctor's office. This is an office of nurse practitioners, which works great unless you need a doctor. My mother was being treated and was prescribed medication that had adverse effects. When my mother was taken to the emergency room due to complications, I called and asked to speak to the doctor specifically - not the nurse practitioner. I am on all of her HIPPA records and have rights to her medical information but that was not the problem. Unfortunately there is not an actual doctor overseeing patient treatment.

When I found this clinic and they told me that they accept my insurance and I could get in pretty quickly I was so happy that I finally found a primary care close to where I live and that didn’t make you wait months. When I scheduled with them I asked multiple times if they accepted my insurance and if there was anything I needed to do prior to my appointment to get my primary care provider switched them I was assured multiple times that I didn’t and they take care of it. I asked at my appointment do they need me to do anything again I was told no and that they have already gone to the insurance portal and taken care of it. Well I received a bill because not only did they add the clinic as my PCM my insurance company does not even have them in their network so I got a big bill for going to an out of network provider I contacted them about it and told them m insurance said they were out Of network and sent a bill and that is like to know why I was told multiple times by their staff that I was covered at their practice. The response I got was I’m so sorry that happened. Seriously? It happened because I was lied to and their office fails to do anything that they said they did not caring what happens to the patient. Now I am without care and have medical issues that need to be addressed. I would stay far away from this place as they do not care what happens to pts and will lie and book you not caring about the financial and health implications their negligence causes.
