Jim and his crew went above and beyond with their service on the roof for my house and potting shed. The flat roof portion wasn't easy and I would not have entrusted it to another roofer. Would not trust or recommend any other company than GOOD NEIGHBOR ROOFING .

We contacted Jim Fernandez with Good Neighbor Roofing after we received substantial damage to our roof from Hurricane Milton. A tree fell on our roof and left holes not to mention extensive shingle damage. He was referred to us by a neighbor and he was well known by several other neighbors who used his company for their recent roof replacement. What. A. Pleasure! From the beginning we immediately formed a connection and we felt like he truly cared about what we needed. We have a nearly 100 year old home and he eased any fears we had about the work that needed to be done. He was extremely personable and his communication was excellent throughout the entire process. His crew showed up the morning of our scheduled time frame and immediately got to work. They were nice and took every measure to ensure any debris from the removal was contained throughout the process. They completed the job within the proposed time frame and went above and beyond when we identified previously unknown damage to our awnings. I am forever grateful we found Jim and his company during the stressful aftermath of Hurricane Milton. I will be recommending him to any and everyone who asks for a roofer. Truly an easy and stress free experience from beginning to end!

While in the middle of repainting my house, I discovered some fascia and soffits needed replacing. Owner, Jim Fernandez gave a fair price for everything that had to be done. He was friendly and just a really honest guy. The crew was on time, professional, worked hard and cleaned everything up before they left.
