Amazing gym and amazing staff. I’ve been to this location both early in the morning and late at night and two staff members, named Justin and Matthew, stood out to me the most with the utmost care for not only myself, but for other members of this gym. Not to mention they are two handsome fellas. Would definitely come here if I’m ever in the Ajax area and in hopes for a good pump

I’ve had a really great experience at this GoodLife location. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of machines available—so I’ve never had to wait in long lineups. It’s also a comfortable environment without the distractions of too many kids running around. What really stands out is the staff. They are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. On a few occasions, they went above and beyond to help me overcome somel challenges, which made a big difference in my fitness journey. Overall, this is a welcoming, well-run gym that makes it easy to stay consistent and enjoy working out. Highly recommend this location!

Deeply Disappointed with GoodLife Ajax Personal Training and Goodlife "Customer Support" I’ve had a very disappointing experience with GoodLife Ajax’s personal training program. Despite my commitment and effort, I saw no meaningful results despite paying thousands upon thousands of dollars. My assigned trainer was unprofessional—frequently canceling or rescheduling sessions, and eventually stopped showing up altogether without any notice. I later discovered he had left the company, yet no one from GoodLife informed me or followed up to provide support or a replacement. For the past 13 months, I have been trying to receive a refund for the sessions. My repeated emails have largely gone unanswered. Each time I reach someone, there’s a brief response, followed by long periods of silence/inaction. This process has been emotionally exhausting and incredibly frustrating. At this point, I feel compelled to speak publicly about my experience—not out of anger, but out of a desire for accountability and fairness. I sincerely hope GoodLife will finally take responsibility and resolve this matter. Until then, I would strongly caution others to consider alternative options for personal training. Save yourself the headache and the emotional turmoil. After more than a year of patience and repeated attempts to seek resolution, I remain deeply disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism I’ve encountered ... and I am still awaiting that refund.

One of the better goodlifes in the region. Good layout, lots of equipment, lots of space, appropriate ratio of cardio to strength equipment. The only downside to this gym is the change room and showers. Don’t know what it is, whether they don’t clean it enough, but the change room STINKS. It smells like damp garbage and sweat. It’s extremely overwhelming at times and doesn’t seem sanitary.
