Our 12 year old son started doing the Alpha Teen classes twice a week. They challenge him, and he works hard. And I love that he is fired up and wants to go back for more. The instructors are positive and encouraging and we trust them to teach the kids how to use their bodies and safely build body strength and coordination. Check them out!

I found the programming excellent and caters for every level of experience. Coaches were friendly, supportive and of high quality. Take it from a gym owner, this place is a gem. I'd recommend the ONFIT community to all ages and abilities. ONFIT provides something for everyone, challenging workouts for veteran athletes and scaled options for those with less experience. Amazing environment and all around great place to workout!
