I used to come in the morning but just switched to nights and man Raz, what a super cool dude. Never before, did i get welcomed in the gym each and every time. He always says Hello and asks if i need anything and if everything is running well. To me it feels like i'm talking to a old friend. Super great dude, Great gym and Great environment.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the front desk staff, especially Emily. Every time I come in for my morning workout, I'm greeted with a genuine smile and a friendly 'hello'. It makes a huge difference in setting a positive tone for my day. They are always incredibly helpful, whether it's quickly signing me in, answering my questions about class schedules, or just offering a word of encouragement. The professionalism and positive attitude truly enhance the gym's welcoming environment.

I’ve been going to this GoodLife location for years now. I frequent this gym 6-7 days a week and have had an immaculate experience throughout the years with the night staff member named Raz! His happy and energetic attitude matches his fantastic customer service. He makes coming to the gym a very very positive experience. Myself and many many other members at this location owe our lovely experiences at this gym to Raz. He is what every GoodLife staff member across Canada should strive to be!!

This goodlife made me leave goodlife... I started because I wanted the tanning (which is gone now) and I travel around Canada so Goodlife usually has a standard you can rely on for every gym, this gym did not meet any standard. To start the front desk does not usually have someone there, caught the front desk person vaping outside over manning the front desk? I get breaks but have someone else there to attend the desk during busy hours. I waited a long time for the tanning not because it was in use but because no one at front desk. half the time they forgot to set the machines too so I would have to redress and remind them to turn it on, not fun... luckily tanning is gone at this location so that issue can be solved! Moreover, it is too busy... it needs anther location, for the price and the amount of memberships this location has they are def making enough to open anther barrhaven location as this one is basically in riverside at this point! Finally, an employee who is male said some inappropriate comments to me which sent me to the women's only location which cannot support my lifting, the dumb bells only go up to 50's there which isnt enough. Please consider talking to employees about this and talking to someone higher up to get anther location!
