Nice facilities. I go early morning so I don’t have to compete too much for space or equipment, but it’s one of the few facilities I’ve been to with more the 2/3 squat racks, so it’s nice to see that I probably wouldn’t have to compete much during peak hours. Good variety of equipment too. The only thing missing I’d like to see is a mobility stick.

I started attending GoodLife Trinity Hills Aug 2024. I was very overweight, multiple issues from workplace injuries. I not only got myself a membership but I also needed the help that only a Personal Trainer can provide. GoodLife introduced me to Mike Juarez. Mike listened intently to my history. He wanted to know what my goals were and I shared them. He took the information and developed training plan for me. Several months later I look and feel very different from the man I was in Aug 2024. I am still with GoodLife Trinity Hills and Mike is still my Personal Trainer. To add to this, the entire staff is literally amazing, every one of them cares deeply about every athlete (their description of us all) there. The atmosphere is very positive, nothing negative, completely supportive in any way they can be. Thanks Coach Mike and all the staff, my personal philosophy is "I am living the good life at GoodLife for a better life." If you're considering a membership at any GoodLife, you won't be disappointed. Your future, better self, athletic self will thank you. Thank you Mike and all the staff at GoodLife Trinity Hills, Calgary Alberta. You have given this retired military veteran a new lease on life and a renewed purpose and personal value. God Bless you all. Sincerely, Ray

My girlfriend and I decided to try GoodLife Fitness in Trinity Hills to avoid the 20-minute drive from Bowness to Planet Fitness in Sage Hill. Despite the steep price difference—$80/month at GoodLife vs. $15/month at Planet Fitness—we were willing to give it a shot for convenience. From the start, the sales tactics were aggressive. The staff pushed hard for us to sign up on the spot, emphasizing their “premium” towel service and supposedly better equipment (one staff member even claimed the benches at Planet Fitness felt wobbly). The reality? A massive letdown. On my very first workout, I immediately noticed that most of the equipment was in terrible condition. The rubber flooring in front of the dumbbell rack is bubbling up, creating a serious tripping hazard. The machines are worn out and nowhere near the quality you get at Planet Fitness, which—despite being way cheaper—actually has great, well-maintained Matrix equipment. Then there’s the crowding. I went at 8-9 PM, and it was completely packed. I had heard complaints about this before, but experiencing it firsthand was insane. With no real competition in the area, this place just cashes in on the lack of alternatives. As for the towel service? A joke. The towels are paper-thin, feel like plastic, and somehow make you feel wetter than before using them. We canceled our memberships the very next day and got a full refund, which I appreciate. But even the employee handling the cancellation didn’t seem remotely surprised—it’s like they know how bad this gym is. Save your money and drive the extra 20 minutes to a gym that actually maintains its equipment.

Had about 10 months of PT sessions here. Jun was a good personal trainer. He analyzed and explained my physical condition and trained effectively. The management was very efficient. When I moved to another city, they helped me transfer the rest of my sessions to the new location. Appreciated
