Can’t believe there’s no assault bike. Ive been a regular in Moncton for awhile and all their locations have multiple bikes. I assumed all of them had them until I came here. I do sprints on the bike and it’s literally the only workout I do for cardio as I am an mma fighter, it’s a staple in my training. My GoodLife experiences in Fredericton have been absolutely dreadful with lacking what should be basic equipment and seems to be elsewhere and non reciprocating staff who really couldn’t care less. As a paying member I feel like my voice should be heard especially where it’s literally the only piece of equipment I use. I never realized how good I had it in Moncton but their facilities are like hitting the jackpot compared to these poor excuses for facilities. Do better GoodLife.

This gym would be perfect if it had longer hours, especially on weekends. I just don't understand how I'm paying almost 60 bucks a month for a membership for a gym that won't stay open past 4pm. Please extend the hours or at least lower the cost of the membership if thats the case

Great team all around. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and we're so helpful getting my wife and I up and running with memberships. Super knowledgeable and great customer service.
