I started at Synergy in an effort to help me recover both physically and mentally from a heart attack last December. I met with Chris first thing and was impressed by his willingness to work with me starting where I was, as well as his absolute knowledge about how to get me back to health. The facility is amazing, with everything you could ever want to make your goals into reality. The team that he has assembled are top notch. They provide you with all the information to do the programs to hit your goals. The clientele are also outstanding, very friendly and engaging. They are of all ages and body types and are inspirational to be around. Working hard is easy when everyone around you is working hard. Very satisfied with the level of professionalism and physiological knowledge of the staff at Synergy. I really like the personal touch given to clients with regards to the workout plans created and communicated. New programs are presented to members with precise role modelling of exercises to be done. They are all about correct positioning and assisting members with varying physical limitations. Love the hours that the facility is available to members and the ease of parking on site. I would appreciate the tvs being on with sound as opposed to the music that is regularly played but it is not a do or die issue. At least not everyday. Joining Synergy was a good move for my personal health…hands down.
