I love the Y! It has so many services available. There are programs for every age range. There are 3 day passes offered for people to give the Y a try. The staff is very helpful ...many willing to go the extra steps to give direction.

We started having swimming classes for my daughter from middle of July till August month. On the admission day they said waiver would pay biweekly. My next question was that we just want enrolled till end of August. We are moving out from the address which is close by YMCA. Now in September month they are still cutting money from my account. I called , talked to Massa( very rude, not ready to listen, said are you looking for return , we don’t do that). My only concern was that they could have told us that we need to go there in person to cancel the services. He just blaming that my sister knew about it but me and my sister went in person to get enrolled. They never made a clear statement that we need go there in person. Now all this guy massa did is hung the phone on me. I wanted to join again for next summer but no more. Very poor customer service.

Just had my son's 4th Birthday at the YMCA in Saint John and the experience was fantastic! Ashley the coordinator was excellent and having use of the gym and the community room was perfect for the busy age of our party guests!

The YMCA Saint John is a fantastic place for the whole family. The facilities are top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and a warm therapy pool that's perfect for relaxation. The gym is well-equipped, and there are courts for basketball and pickleball, providing plenty of options for exercise and fun. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. It's a welcoming and positive environment that caters to all ages. Highly recommended!
