What sets Orangetheory apart is the perfect blend of science, coaching, and technology. Every class is an hour-long, full-body workout designed to push you into the “orange zone”—that sweet spot where your heart rate is elevated just enough to burn calories long after you leave the studio. And yes, the afterburn is real! The coaches are incredible. They bring so much energy and genuinely care about your progress. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, they know how to motivate and modify exercises to meet your level. It never feels repetitive because every workout is different—some days focus more on strength, others on endurance or power. You never know exactly what’s coming, which keeps things exciting. I also love the data-driven aspect. You wear a heart rate monitor, and your stats are displayed on screens throughout class. It’s motivating to see your performance in real time and track your improvements over time. The community at Orangetheory is another huge plus. From the front desk staff to fellow members, everyone is supportive and encouraging. It’s not competitive in a cutthroat way—it’s about pushing your personal best and celebrating progress together.

My friend asked me if I wanted to try out a free class at Orangetheory and to be honest, at the time, I had no idea what it was. I figured why not see what it is all about, but I was also a bit skeptical. I have attended the traditional box gyms for many many years and I was not really sure that a group class would be for me. After attending my first class, I was completely hooked. I absolutely loved it and couldn’t wait to go back. I have now been a member for a year and a half and I still love it. The workouts are always good, the music makes it fun, the amazing coaches help motivate and push you, and the staff are always so welcoming. You get such great workout in an hour, and the best part, you just show up and everything is planned out for you. Do yourself a favour and book a class to try it out.

Orangetheory London is awesome! From the front staff to the trainers, everyone has provided excellent service. The classes are always different and challenging, and the music is so energetic. It feels like a community - I've gone to a number of gyms and this one is so welcoming and positive. Definitely a place for people looking for a gym that is nonjudgmental, goal oriented and all around a lot of fun. Their care for people's health during COVID has also been top notch!
