came to Free Bird Gym today, and Gutkirat guided me really well. He gave me a free tour of the entire gym, explained all the equipment, and made me feel very comfortable. The gym looks amazing — clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I really appreciate Gutkirat’s friendly behavior and helpful attitude. Highly recommend checking this gym out if you’re looking for a great place to work out!

This gym sets a standard! Hospitality and the inclusiveness of everyone and anyone. Amazing friendly staff, the owner is genuine and very respectful! If you’re in Mississauga go to this gym. The aesthetics of this gym and the vibe are unreal! It’s a must train at gym!

Free Bird Gym is more than just a place to work out — it’s a welcoming, supportive, and motivating cplace. The space is well-equipped, clean, and never overcrowded, which makes every session feel personal. I was in town for a short visit and trained there — they were super welcoming. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a space where you feel supported and inspired to grow stronger.

The atmosphere at FreeBird was absolutely unmatched! They had a great variety of plate loaded, pulley system equipment and SO much more! My friend and I (as gym enthusiasts) were just like kids in a candy store at this gym! It is so unique and creative from the artwork to the facility they’ve created itself! Smoothies are very good and the hospitality of the staff was quite literally next to none! I had an amazing time here and would happily make the 1hr 20 drive to enjoy it time and time again! Thank you so much for all you’ve put into creating such an incredible space to enjoy fitness and healthy living! Until next time, Dominique
