Great gym and great help from the associates, however not the best help in terms of customer service in regards to membership payments. Didn't go to Goodlife gym for 3 months under the impression that freezing my membership on the online website would be sufficient. Just for me to find out I was charged this whole time and that without more documentation and emails, which I did not receive, I cannot receive a refund or more than 1 month of credit. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened, and the 2nd time they "can't do anything more about it". I was told by the associate that my previous case and difficulties I had would be noted on my file, but then was told today, there is no such thing. Additionally after only providing my email as the main and only form of contact, my emergency contact (my mother) was the one getting emails rather than me. I was told this was my fault even though I only provided my email while signing up. Look out for stuff like this in the future. Was also told if I terminated my membership I would completely lose the credit.

The gym is okay. They always seems to have issues with the machines. Which they tend to take at least a couple of weeks to fix. Some machines at the lower ground floor are difficult to adjust as they are rusting. The only person who is always a delight to see is the older gentleman that works the overnight shift other than that most staff do not even great you when you come in as they are always on their phone or just chatting with each other. I also voiced my concern to one of the female staff about how some attachments such as the ropes are falling apart. she looked at me and states that she will let the manager know and proceed to scroll on her phone. which I found a little bit rude. I do want to give credit to the cleaning staff as they always do such a good job keeping the gym clean.

Always ready and clean and lots of them around don’t have to worry bout seeing the same ppl like other gyms that only have 1 or 2 locations
