the gym itself is decent and lots of space and minimal time spent waiting for machines, only had one hilarious encounter from a angry ginger man shirt king with a ballcap and sleeveless shirt who was using both cable machines during busy peak hours and wouldn’t share because he was too lazy to change the extension on the tricep pull downs and bicep curls even though he watched me and two other people waiting for him to finish while pretending he’s strong doing curls, he got angry and thought he owned the gym. the staff are professional kind and friendly and make it a great atmosphere. the showers could use some TLC and only reason it’s not getting a 5 star review is because there is hardly anywhere to charge your phone and even if you’re lucky enough to find a usb port all of the ones i plugged into didn’t work. overall great atmosphere and great staff

This gym would be good but there’s too many people there. If you’re planning on working out after work, don’t, every machine you want to use will be taken up by high schoolers wearing baggy jeans and knit sweaters. GoodLife should have enough money to expand the gym.

Today I experienced racist behaviour from two employees at the gym. Daby I think her name is wouldn’t let me park my electric scooter at the gym when I’ve been parking it at the same spot from past a month now. I don’t understand what was different today and when I questioned she started getting rude. Another lady employee even came up to my face also when she had nothing to do in our conversation like mind your own business. You guys need to do better with your lives. Canceled the subscription right away.

The gym itself is well equipped and lots of classes to choose from, however if you want towels you will have to hunt a staff member down and ask for them, they are rarely available to grab as you walk past, and if you like the sauna expect that it is not going to be stress-free. Not sure why but the sauna is almost always filled with chatty Cathy's who will talk incessantly the whole time and ruin the experience for you. They need signage reminding members to respect others.
