This gym is a fantastic place to train, offering a clean, modern environment with everything you need for a great workout. The location is convenient and easy to access, whether you’re coming from work, home, or just passing through the area. Parking is never an issue, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. What sets this gym apart is its unique two-floor layout. It’s a refreshing change from the typical single-level gyms, allowing for a more open and organized experience. The equipment is well-distributed across both floors, so even during peak hours, you never feel overcrowded. There’s a clear separation between cardio, strength training, and functional fitness areas, which makes it easy to focus on your routine.

I began coming to this gym in September and have gone each day since. The only reason I selected this gym is the employee "Brenda". All gyms are the same. What makes a gym a community is it's staff. Each day my girlfriend and I are greeted and motivated by Brenda to excersise and be healthy. Truly she has elevated my (and my girlfriends) fitness and health far above our expectations. Thank you Brenda and Brenda's friends for the excellent service also Salim is good too.

I come here whenever I have to. Not necessarily a bad gym, not enough machines and whatnot on second floor but not their fault. My bigger issue is today while I have full machines loaded overtop my head/body that i am lifting, they decide to flicker the lights to let people know that they're 30 minutes from closing. Probably the dumbest thing you can do in a gym while people are lifting weights. Come downstairs and the front desk guy/girl has their airpods in and is watching tv from the massage chair
