GoodLife Fitness Vaughan Metropolitan Centre

Happened to be in the area and dropped in for a quick workout. I saw these Hammer Strength machines and I was the happiest guy in the world haha. These hit the spot so well 🤌🏼 So far I have seen these here, Brampton and Victoria park location. I wish all the locations carried this. Overall, nice gym with tons of free weights and machines and cardio options.

First time here and never going back again! This gym is not maintained at all. Mens change room reeks of gums on the floor, there are cob webs behind the doors in the washroom, the conditioner dispensers all dirt up. Disgusting gym!!! Please renovate this gym asap!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 consider this as a No star review. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The gym is quite spacious, but it’s almost always overcrowded, especially during peak hours. It often feels stuffy with an unpleasant smell in the air. Weights and dumbbells are frequently left scattered around instead of being put back. The place could use better organization and cleanliness.
