We came here after our elopement for our celebration dinner and honestly it was incredible! We shared the pork belly starter, I had the steak with Mac & cheese on the side and my husband had the short rib, the food was 10/10 - especially my steak. They also gave us a complimentary sticky toffee pudding which was such a lovely treat and it was the best sticky toffee either of us have ever had! The service was impeccable too, water was constantly topped up and the servers were so friendly! Definitely recommend!

My best friend and I visited Gordon Ramsey’s Hells Kitchen during the first week of Feb. We had a 4:15pm dinner reservation because time slots go fast! But this is ok as we are from the East Coast and that’s dinner in our time zone. Even at 4:15, the restaurant was packed! And for good reason.. The waiter was so helpful in providing dining recommendations. We settled on the beef Wellington and it was divine! The best meal we had in a very long time (and that says a lot as we are always dining out!). It was well seasoned and the beef practically melted in my mouth (how do you get beef so tender???). The perfect end was the sticky toffee pudding. The very best dessert I have ever had (no exaggeration)! The taste, the texture, the amazing combination of hot sticky toffee pudding with rich ice cream was perfection! I strongly recommend Hells Kitchen when in Vegas.

This is not just a gimmick, this was genuinely a culinary experience that hold its own in comparison to other options at this price point. Some of my friends got cute and steered away from the beef Wellington to save some money or be different, while you can’t go wrong here, don’t skip on the main event. You cannot regret the beef Wellington. Oysters from the raw bar were a nice addition but not necessary to the experience. I shared the lobster risotto which was masterclass on its own. Some friends had the scallops and were very happy with them, although they would recommend them as an appetizer rather than an enhancement to your entree. Drinks were impressive across the board, smoke on the blvd had the fanciest presentation but in the end it didn’t add much to the taste (still tasted good yeah?), and fans of Gordon Ramsey would like notes from the chef, where you genuinely get a written note to keep. The wine pairings worked well and the staff accommodated our large group happily, easily, and professionally. Finally the sticky toffee pudding was good, although you should be so full that 2 were enough for 8 people. To me the ice cream was the best part. Huge thanks to the staff and anyone who makes it happen, and no matter the price take the beef Wellington, I was scraping the plate for every last bit.

4.5 stars. Had the fixed price menu. Scallops- It's so so. Took off a .5 star because of this dish. First bite was great. But the garnish overwhelms the taste of the scallops. The scallop by itself was not flavourful. Beef Wellington - Awesome! Tender beef in delicious pastry. Sticky toffee pudding - Great! The pudding was warm and moist, and went very well with thhe ice cream and sauce. Very good value for money. Sat at the bar. Service and atmosphere great. This place is buzzing!
