I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to give a huge shout-out to Delgado & Co. for their exceptional service and food. Our company recently hosted a grand opening event, and we found Delgado & Co. online — what a wonderful discovery! Owner/Director Malia and Michelin Executive Chef Sebastián truly made the event memorable. Malia brings such warmth, professionalism, and vibrant energy to the room — her hospitality made every guest feel welcomed and cared for. Chef Sebastián impressed everyone with his beautifully presented, delicate, and delicious canapés and charcuterie boards. Every bite reflected creativity and elegance. We had a wonderful experience with Delgado & Co. and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a catering team that delivers excellence in both taste and service.

Wow! By far the best dining experience I’ve ever had. From the decor, the service, the chef, the culinary trip through Peru. And the food. Every course was beyond exquisite. A perfect note. This was a dinner party for 8 in a private home and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Thank you Delgado Team

I have had the extremely fortunate opportunity to watch these two hospitality professionals in action at a few catering functions now. The food was delicious and exquisitely presented with a great amount of pride and the service was impeccable. Communication was warm, friendly and effective. No situation goes off without a "hitch" and these were handled immediately and in a warm, caring manner. This team takes the time to give their customer a top notch experience. Highly recommend this team to give a casual BBQ and /or a higher end dining experience and everything imbetween, an elevated food and service experience.
