This service was a life saver when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my first pregnancy. They created custom meals which made my last trimester much more manageable as I was also running a business full time. I ended up also getting the post partum meal package for the first month after birth, which was also very convenient and highly nutritious. And now I’m be scaled back to 4 meals a week as I simply can’t let go of the convenience and nutrition that lets me spend more time with my first born during my maternity leave. It will be hard to get back to cooking! The meals are made with high quality ingredients and I love the personalized meal planning that is tailored to my dietary preferences. Also I love that it’s a female founded business. Highly recommend!

I've started using Fresh In Your Fridge under suggestion of some friends of mine. I was looking for a way to eat healthier and not having to worry about cooking once back home from work, and I couldn't be happier of my choice! The communication is great during every step, they take the time to ask about your needs and preferences and then they deliver amazing meals with reusable packaging! Amazing food, people and service. The whole team at Fresh In Your Fridge for the seamless process from introductory email to weekly touch-bases with the chef to pick up and drop off service. Not only was each meal a treat, but the customer service was next level. Providing the ability to alter food choices weekly, giving variety and timely communication. It is very apparent that all levels of the business take care in their job, drivers were prompt and pleasant, chefs were flexible for dietary restrictions and even ownership reached out to see how my experience was.
