Recently contacted GotoIT about my old computer which was very slow. I was hoping to have it serviced but they explained, given its age, the slowness was due to that and I would be better with a refurbished model. I'm tech phobic but decided to go with their advice. The service was excellent, pick up of old computer and return of new model. Really helpful advice. Despite my fears I would struggle with another computer, its been fine and is much faster. Would 100% recommend !

The set-up of my new laptop to my specifications was extremely prompt and Sam also found time to answer some telephone queries that I had post set-up. Absolutely excellent! Adam was fantastic in his speed, efficiency, knowledge and customer service. I'd had a problem with my laptop and Curry's had been messing it (and me) around for over three months. They eventually said it was irreparable. Adam took a look and confirmed exactly what the problem was (something Curry's never did) and suggested solutions. He diagnosed the problem in minutes (not months) and I am now the proud owner of a new machine suggested by him from a number of options. Total time to a delighted customer was less than three days, start to stop. I am highly delighted and I would definitely recommend on all counts.

My laptop that I'd only had for a bit longer than a year suddenly decided it wasn't going to work. It was only just out of warranty, and I was definitely stressed. Goto iT managed to fix it quickly, and gave me advice for a few extra steps I could take to make it less likely to happen again. The cost was reasonable as well, and I knew they would not charge if they couldn't fix the issue. Highly recommend these lovely people!
