Really impressed with the service I received. He came out to repair a leaking and blocked bath tub and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I thought I’d identified the issue myself, but he quickly and confidently explained the real cause and sorted it properly. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and charged a very fair price. I’ve saved his number and will definitely be calling him again in the future, particularly for boiler work. Would happily recommend.

I’m extremely impressed with the service provided by Mr. Khuram and Mr. Ilyas. My boiler and hot water system had stopped working, and they arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue straight away. What really amazed me was that they fixed everything within just 15 minutes! Another heating solution 3 hour but didnt fix the issue. Both were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable and fast boiler or hot water repairs. I had water coming in through the kitchen ceiling at a rental property in Harborne, leaking from the toilet in the bathroom. It was about 5:30 pm on Thursday night when the tenants phoned to report it. I called K1 HEATING SOLUTION to ask if they could send somebody out. I didn't know them and never used them before, but they said straight away that they would be out within the next three hours and they were and they fixed the problem, liaising with the tenants. The tenants were full of praise for them: The plumbing engineer who came out from K1 HEATING SOLUTION was efficient, professional, respectful and very polite. I expected a higher charge because it was an emergency callout in the evening outside working hours, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice and the charge was very reasonable indeed. I have already saved the telephone number for K1 HEATING SOLUTION in my phone because I was so impressed with What they did to help. I will need them again and I will recommend them to any other landlord. Thank you so much for helping me out at such short notice and for charging a very reasonable fee for doing so. Barbi Morpuss
