I went to lady slipper today not really knowing what to expect as I have never shopped there before. I just happened to be looking for a new bra and they were the closest shop. I was greeted and helped by (I believe her name was) Rita and she was absolutely lovely. She helped me find exactly was I was looking for and we actually found a bra that fits better than any I've ever tried before! Thank you Rita and Lady Slipper!

I was in recently and I agree it was absolutely the very worst customer service I’ve ever had. I stood looking at the costume jewelry for a good 10 minutes. There were 3 sales clerks standing around chatting and no one offered help. I was the only customer in the store but no one greeted me or asked if they could help me in the 20 minutes before I went to look at the jewelry on the way out. I looked right at one of them and smiled but she looked at me with such disdain as if I was the lowest of the low. I’ll never be back and it was a shop I would take visiting friends to. It was not the first time we had been treated this way. I prefer to shop local if I can but Lady Slipper you’ve lost my business.

I just went in to buy some shapewear to wear under my wedding dress. Gulia helped me and she couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited this lingerie store this afternoon, hoping for a positive shopping experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The lady who assisted me was incredibly rude and outspoken, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my visit. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which completely ruined the experience for me. I left the store feeling frustrated and knowing that I would never return. Customer service is key, and sadly, this store fell short in that regard.
