OK here is the real deal. Flexibility is NOT my strong point. I recall doing yoga with P90X and thought this is a joke. Wow was I wrong. Actually, I was very wrong. Turned out to be the most challenging and rewarding experience. Fast forward to today, I wanted to get back into yoga. A great friend recommended Grace Yoga. He was 100% right. This place is awesome. The instructors are amazing and know how to work with all levels. Improvements in my flexibility, overall strength training, balance and the best part, my golf game improved! Yes, my golf game improved because of the increased flexibility. Strongly recommend.

Best yoga studio around! Offers classes that fit all of my needs and more importantly fits my schedule! The space is beautiful and clean and comfortable and the instructors are easy to follow and consistent. The best experience at any studio so far! Excellent yoga space, Grace the owner is great instructor who speaks the flows very elegantly and correctly which is very important because the instructions are very thorough. Highly recommend!
