“Enough is Enough” The front desk staff must be replaced. Their behaviour is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not passing patient’s messages to the doctor. It is imperative that someone be made to understand that their salaries are funded by the public. They must prioritize helping the public rather than displaying a negative attitude. If an individual is unhappy with their job, it is advisable to seek employment elsewhere. The doctor has agreed that you can leave a message, and he will contact you at the end of the day or whenever you are available. However, these front desk ladies have established their own rules. I am deeply disappointed by this situation.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Highly recommended to make an appointment, accepts walk-ins but pls prepare for longer wait times.

The front desk staff at the clinic were very rude. I arrived an hour before closing time, yet they refused to accept any patients. This was a very disappointing experience, and my time was completely wasted.

I visited Windsor Medical Clinics – East Side as a walk-in patient with my newborn. Despite arriving well before closing time and calling ahead, I was denied service by a staff member named "Joe," who was unprofessional and dismissive. Another staff member, Shannon, also refused to assist or provide identification. They claimed this is a private clinic, which I found misleading. Due to this unprofessional conduct, I have filed formal complaints with both the Ministry of Health and the College of Nurses of Ontario. I urge others who have faced similar issues to do the same to ensure accountability and improve patient care.
