This dental office prioritizes money over clients. I had a disappointing first visit, wish zero stars were an option. After paying for x-rays and an exam, I was told my blood pressure was too high for a cleaning, something that **should’ve been checked before any services were provided**. The sequence felt backwards and left me feeling like my time and money weren’t respected. What bothered me most was being asked if I “had a problem with sugar” before the dentist had even looked in my mouth. It felt like assumptions were being made based on my body size rather than my actual dental health. I came in hoping for collaborative care, but left feeling judged and dismissed. The $182 exam charged to my insurance was about 5 minutes in length, insults were included for free! I understand safety protocols, but communication and empathy matter too. One thing they were good at? They made sure they got their money before kicking me out. I won’t be returning.

I recently visited this dental office and was very impressed with the experience. The clinic is clean and well-organized, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and make you feel completely at ease throughout your appointment. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. Overall, it’s a wonderful place that truly values cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience at Grand Village Dental! The office is super clean and feels really welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everything looks new and well taken care of, which definitely helped me feel more comfortable. My dental hygienist was amazing—so friendly and gentle, and really took the time to explain what was going on throughout the cleaning. You can tell they care about doing a great job and making sure you’re comfortable the whole time. Overall, a very pleasant visit especially with the 7 days a week schedule so we never had to miss work or school for an appointment! Highly recommend grand village dental for all your dental needs!

This was my first time visiting Grand Village Dental for a cleaning, and I’m so glad I chose this office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kim at the front desk—she was so friendly and welcoming, which really stood out and made a great first impression. The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. My hygienist, Bri, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout the cleaning. I really appreciated the helpful tips she gave me for maintaining my dental hygiene at home. Overall, it was a great experience. I’m happy to have found this dentist office and would highly recommend Grand Village Dental to anyone looking for a professional and caring team!
