If I could give 0 stars I would we dropped off our cockapoo and made it clear that only his face and bum area should be cut short. Upon arrival I picked up a completely different dog who had been shaved clean with cuts on his groin and his tail missing instead of trying to sympathize with the fact that she clearly messed up she chose to argue back and forth. AVOID AT ALL COST !! I’ve attached pictures of what he normally looks like after a grooming with pet smart for comparison !

Terez is a very professional and genuine groomer, I can tell she’s cares a lot about the well being of her clients!! My 7 year old Shih Tzu went in for a full groom but Terez recognized and even treated some of the issues she had that I didn’t even know was there! I know that if Terez can help it, she will. Will be going back!!

A Wonderful Grooming Salon I have three dogs, and all of them are regular clients at Star Paws Pet Grooming. Teresa is an amazing groomer who has a special way of connecting with every dog.
