I had the worst experience shopping online with Ricki's this month. I ordered things online and they didn't get shipped until almost 3weeks later. There was no communication from their end and with no phone number to call Customer Care....it was very frustrating. I emailed them and got a response 3days later, with no accountability taken on their end. I was going to cancel but as "per their policy", I can't, cos they use a 3rd party logistics company. When the things finally got shipped, a couple of the items I purchased were out of stock. I didn't get a tracking number, nothing......the items just showed up on my door. This has been the most stressful and frustrating experience, shopping online with Ricki's. So, I warn you be wary of using their online platform to shop and if you must......be aware it takes about a month before you'll get your money items even though their website says otherwise.

Awful The lady behind the till was so rude and sharp she had Brown hair and glasses, very plain looking girl on the till. Poor attitude.
