It's a Mickey mouse show with these agents! I have been chasing them for months to get my property back, I then received a hand over email stating rents will be paid directly to me by tenants guess what am still waiting and then after chasing them again they told me it's not our problem and the tenants paid it to them so they can only pay me the management fee! Absolutely a joke. Specially Ahmed who has shown no professionalism.

I will caution users in using UK PA's service. I signed the so called 3 yrs rental guaranteed lease with them in which there is a clause that the lease can be ended with 6 months notice when reaching 2nd year, we did serve the notice and it was acknowledged, but UKPA seems has not helped its occupier to vacate the property back to us on time and it ends up my relatives found no place to live when they should have moved into our property. UK PA still has not returned the property to us claiming the occupier refused to move out but the occupier told us that it is UKPA who cannot provide an alternative accommodation for them. It looks like the only party not suffering by the case is UKPA, and they never answered our questions nor provided any updates, just kept us in the dark! I would like to hear their public response here such that everyone knows how is their business model and what are the risks that we need to face in using them.
