We took the taxi to the airport today and the service was fantastic. The taxi came within minutes and the driver Jack was one of the nicest people we have ever met.

Very rude driver 77. I don't think he was happy that the 0.6 mile journey in the snow was all he had for this fare. He told me the card machine was broken, wouldn't give me change and refused to give a receipt until I told him I needed the receipt with some expressed concern that he'd been rude and not very friendly. He then tried to drive away before I'd even closed the door. Not an experience I'd like to repeat with a 4 year old with me.

Third ride in a row that my booking was accepted in the app with payment through the app, and the driver claimed cash only- or one claimed I had to swipe my card on his personal phone’s Square device rather than the in-car system. Their claims on the first two that they couldn’t process payment electronically magically resolved afterward when the charge went through as normal, meaning if I’d paid cash I’d have paid twice. Today I refused to get in at all when he told me this, and both the driver and dispatch refused to cancel and told me to do it myself. Consistently rude, shady behavior with only an occasional exception. I’m done. Much as I despise Uber I’ll use them and pay more before I use Green & Yellow again. Complaints filed with Somerville police and AG’s office. With regard to the response from Green & Yellow, I was nowhere near the airport and there was no problem or delay with the technology. Drivers are pressuring people to swipe their card on the drivers’ personal phones equipped with Square readers, or in the case of the most recent driver simply refusing to drive me unless I paid cash. In the cases where these claims have been made when I was already in the cab, I told them I had no other payment method so it was payment through the app they claimed wasn’t working, or nothing- and each time the system they claimed to be down suddenly and mysteriously worked at that point. This is a scam I’ve encountered with multiple companies in multiple cities. It’s not a misunderstanding or a glitch. I’m not going to have my intelligence insulted by claims that it is when it’s been a well known thing for many years. And no, I don’t want a free ride. I’m not getting in a Green & Yellow cab ever again.

Prebooked an early morning pickup for transportation to Logan airport and no one showed up. Tried calling on the phone, no answer. After waiting 20 minutes we needed to cancel on the app, drive in and pay the crazy parking fees. It was snowing that morning, so I would understand if they canceled our booking, but we had no communication at all and we're left hanging. Awful service
