Two years living in a Green Light managed property, a nice old home in Hurst. Green Light is great as long you never need anything from them. In the middle of August, Green Light failed to provide proper AC repairs to my home for two weeks. Indoor temperatures would get as high as 90 degrees, and they would just send another tech out to jump start the unit and leave, all so it could break again 12 hours later and restart the process. If you care to have any peace in your living arrangement, look elsewhere.
