When I first started seeing the folks at West Penn Dental I had pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist, after going there for several years I rarely get anxious about it anymore. Everyone who works there is always kind and supportive. They offer helpful knowledge instead of criticism or judgement. The dentists and hygienists explain to me what they’re doing next and what to expect. The office staff there is also wonderful and very knowledgeable. I’ve never had any sort of billing issue or confusion over a claim. I would recommend them time and time again!

Absolutely love this place! I’ve had absolute horrible experiences and have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. These guys are absolutely amazing and so welcoming. They explain everything so well. I can’t say enough great things about this place!! My son also had his first appointment with them today as well and he actually enjoyed the dentist for once. He said they were really nice and easy on his teeth.

West Penn Dental is a fantastic dental office. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and Dr. Steines is the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever had. He takes time answering any and all of my questions and I feel confident with any recommendations he gives - he has never steered me or my husband wrong. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Such an amazing experience! All the staff were nice and welcoming and the office was very clean. My hygienist and the Doc were wonderful at explaining some problem areas I had and the cleaning was thorough and painless. Would absolutely recommend!!
