So I've grown up never loving going to the dentist - not just because of the digging and prying in my mouth. The team here have completely changed my feelings on how great this experience could be. From Karen up front - seriously one of the most kind, professional admins I've ever seen to every hygienist that has done my cleanings. The experience here to me is the new standard. It's very very very hard to make an appointment. You are only able to call, you end up sitting on hold while you wait for someone to answer and then it will eventually go to voicemail. You will have to wait days for a call back and hope you happen to be at the phone at that time, or the process starts all over again. It's better just to go to their office and make it in person.
