Holly's Katonah style classes are AMAZING! She is playful and fun while challenging you. A must for someone looking for an intentional movement experience that will leave you feeling more spacious. Adore Holly! The space is plant filled and urban. Many near by restaurants and coffeeshops.
I love the classes and the studio space too. A wonderful Oasis for all to move. If you take a class by Phong nothing else will compare.
The energy in the space is beautiful, peaceful, and intentional. The loving and welcoming energy of Phong and all of the teachers is also something really powerful. The classes I have attended offer me challenging physical practices but also time for reflection. The teachers are authentic and offer a safe space to move at the pace that feels good and works for my body. I love the Yoga philosophy that is woven into each class - and how each teacher can sequence and guide in such a strong and genuine way. I would highly recommend this spot!
