Update #2: On top of the $614 dollars I paid and the fact they registered the wrong plates for me, I also only have tags that are good for 10 months, so I'll be renewing in October even though I just got my plates. The dealers solution thus far has been for me to go into the DMV and change them myself and pay the fees and then bill them for the extra charges. It's a shame because the experience was fine at the dealer, but the support after the fact has been disappointing to say the least. Update: I switched from 5 stars to 2 because they sent me the wrong license plates and their fix is to have me go to the DMV and swap it and send them an invoice for whatever I have to pay. I work 5 days a week during open DMV hours and paid $614 in License and Doc fees for them to handle it. I understand that some of that is paid to the DMV, but I'm stuck handling it all on my own. My temporary tags expire in 13 days and since I can't make it to the DMV, I guess I am stuck with the wrong plates. Everyone is nice there, but it took 4 calls and at least 2 voicemails to get them on the phone about this issue and their response was disappointing. Stopped by to take a Quick look at a truck I saw online and ended up leaving with it. Beshara was very nice and easy to work with. He was kind and honest, and that’s a rare thing in the car business. I bought a 2025 Maverick from Beshara Shahin at Gresham Ford on 10/19. Next day was driving North to visit an elderly friend and got a "service engine soon" and check engine light. Contacted the closest Ford dealer and was told the soonest they could get me in was 12/16. Not impressed. Called Beshara. He put me through to a service manager who put me through to a higher up. Strings were pulled. Received a callback from the closest dealer to me in Northern WA to bring it in ASAP. They were standing by. "crankcase position sensor" issue was found. Replacement arrived the next day. Brought the truck in @ 10 am and out at 11. I am VERY HAPPY with the service after the sale I received from Beshara and everyone at Gresham. I'm now in Tucson AZ. Truck runs good. Idaho speed limit is 80 fyi. No problem. Highly recommend the Moab UT area for hiking. Arches Nat. Park is open even though the federal gov. is shut down. It's stunning. One thing I should have done /recommend is spending an hour with the owners manual and the touch screen before you get on I-5 in crazy traffic. My old car did not have touchscreen /apple car play etc. and my old brain learns slowly. The more you understand about where all the controls are /how they work before driving - the safer imho. Everyone was super helpful at Gresham. Thank you!
