Working with Garrett and the John the Plumber team was wonderful from start to finish. My initial call on a Sunday afternoon for a clogged pipe resulted in an almost immediate response and fix. Unfortunately I ultimately needed a complete replacement of all the old cast iron pipes and stack in the basement that required a whole crew for 2 days. Every step of the way there was excellent communication, I felt very respected as a customer, and I know I received excellent value. For the first time ever I have found someone I would be happy to call again and would not hesitate to reccomend these guys to anyone in plumbing need.

Well if we could give him more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Our plumber Crispin did an amazing job replacing our kitchen sink and pipes beneath it which now no longer leak. He is very knowledgeable and professional and WE would highly recommend him. Wonderful young man with a great sense of humor. I had a great experience with John the Plumber. Cameron was very knowledgeable and thorough. He resolved an issue with my dishwasher drain connection, which was downstream from the P-trap and needed to be upstream to prevent sewer gases from entering the system. He dismantled everything, explained the problem clearly, and then reconnected everything from scratch with impressive efficiency. The service was professional and flexible, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.
