5-star review I had my 2008 Toyota Prius hybrid battery replaced at home and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Akashdeep and Norman communicated clearly from the start, arrived on time, and took the time to diagnose the issue properly. They scanned the car, checked the fault codes to confirm the battery was the problem, and only then began the work. The team at the garage were brilliant — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work, and they completed everything efficiently right outside my house, which was incredibly convenient. I received a full invoice and a warranty covering labour and parts, which gave me peace of mind. Overall excellent customer service and professionalism — highly recommended. Five stars. Thank you so much for the car feels great to drive much appreciated.

Travelled from Nottingham London after searching endlessly for the best low mileage engine to be supplied and fitted due to my current one haveing a head gasket failure , losing coolant and running on three pistons all the way to London, but anyway these guys ticked all the boxes for me , I got to London at 11:50am and the owner gave me his car to use instead of hanging at the garage although he offered a heated waiting room , so I took the car to chaiiwallah which was a few miles away had my breakfast etc , got back for like 3pm and you never guess what , the new low mileage engines been dropped in , by 330pm the car was up and running ready to drive away . It felt like a brand new car again , it’s been two weeks now and the car is running immaculate with mpg at around 60 to 65mpg and getting 500 plus miles out of a full tank on my Prius plus model and a lot smoother drive …. He also offered at 1 year warranty with the engine which is a peace of mind for me and I really needed that ….. I would deffo recommend this garage to anyway who needs a engine replacing or any Toyota work doing the service has been outstanding at this garage especially me travelling all the way from Nottingham …… do not hesitate to go this garage no regrets what so ever 5 star from me thanks again

I would like to thank Noman bhai team for resolving the issue with my vehicle. After an initial breakdown following earlier work, they took responsibility, arranged recovery, carried out a proper diagnosis, and completed the necessary repairs. The car is now working perfectly, and I appreciate the effort made to follow up and ensure the problem was fully resolved. Communication was clear, and the matter was handled professionally in the end. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the final outcome and would consider using their services again.

Had a great experience at East Hybrid MOT. The staff were friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. The MOT was done efficiently with no unnecessary upselling and everything was explained clearly. Honest, reliable service and very fair pricing exactly what you want from a garage.
