GSD Dental Clinics

The front office service is atrocious and completely ignores customer needs and requests. I booked an appointment in person for both cleaning and filling two teeth following a check-up. I have been very clear that I want one appointment for the services, and the receipt GSD gave also confirms this. However, when I showed up expecting to get the services, I am booked with a doctor who only does cleaning. I was patient, and I asked for the soonest appointment for filling. I was told it would be one-and-a-half-hour appointment. I was given one for the next day and then they rescheduled to the day after. Which I understood. But when I went for the filling appointment, I was again told that was only for one tooth and 45 minutes. So instead of one visit, now it'd be three visits! I had been very clear from the beginning I have a hectic schedule due to travel and work. It was also urgent that my teeth be filled soon due to sensitivity. Each time after they messed up, I'm given the excuse that they do one thing at a time. This isn't acceptable because at no point during the booking they communicated that fact. Do better! Respect patients time and wellbeing!

I've been going to this clinic for over a year and we've done a lot of work. All the doctors are kind, professional and meticulous, as are the girls working at the front desk. I'd especially like to highlight the skills of my orthodontist, Dr. Ines, for her great work, and Dr. Catarina Coito, with whom I did the initial work. I highly recommend this clinic!

The only good dentist they had left on maternity leave and the replacement had to do a recon of a front tooth for me (after having spent thousands on Invisalign and whitening and other corrective dentistry) which she ruined. There’s a hole in the back of my tooth that needs fixing. Then, despite the small fortune I’ve spent there over the past 2 years - always paying in full and on time - they forgot to add a tube of whitening gel to one of my bills and sent the charge to a debt collection company after only emailing me about it once (which went into junk).
